Product Designer
You will design software for people whose job is not using software — technicians with gloves on, planners juggling a hundred work orders, executives who want one honest chart. The craft is bilingual (English and Arabic RTL), dense with data, and judged by how little attention it demands.
What you will do
- Design end-to-end flows across the web platform and offline-first mobile technician app.
- Own the bilingual design system: every component correct in both LTR English and RTL Arabic.
- Turn complex operational data — telemetry, schedules, costs — into layouts that read at a glance.
- Run research with real users: ride-alongs with technicians, sessions with planners, feedback loops with customer success.
- Work directly with frontend engineers to ship at high fidelity, and with product on scope and priorities.
What you bring
- 4+ years of product design experience with shipped B2B or data-heavy products.
- A portfolio showing systems thinking: design systems, dense dashboards, or complex workflows.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in RTL/bilingual design; Arabic literacy is a plus, not a requirement.
- Fluency in modern design tools and enough frontend understanding to design what can actually be built.
- Strong async communication habits; you write well and work effectively across time zones.
