Who we are
OpsSense provides an operations platform and associated hardware for industrial and facilities operations. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data across our website, platform, and sensors.
Data we collect
Website: contact details you submit through forms, and usage analytics. Platform: account data, work order and asset records controlled by your organization, and operational telemetry from connected sensors. Sensor telemetry describes equipment, not people; occupancy sensors are camera-free and identity-free by design.
How we use data
To provide and improve the service, respond to requests, meet contractual obligations, and satisfy legal requirements. We do not sell personal data. Marketing communication is consent-based and unsubscribable.
Residency and transfers
Customers choose their hosting region at contract time, including in-Kingdom hosting for Saudi Arabia. Cross-border transfers, where they occur, use recognized safeguards appropriate to the regions involved, including PDPL and GDPR mechanisms.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Saudi PDPL and EU GDPR where relevant), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Requests: privacy@opssense.ai.
Retention and security
Personal data is retained for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then deleted. Security controls are described on the Security page and in customer agreements.
